I called the day after the Xmas break as our heating had stopped working on a very cold day. British Gas had already told me that couldn't come for a over 1 week. On calling SW Plumbing, I was greeted by a helpful administrator, she organised an appointment within 3 hours. The service engineer arrived and was professional and helpful replacing a faulty valve within 1 hour. I couldn't been happier with the service I received.

I had South West Plumbing round to fix a new ladder radiator in my bathroom after my old one sprang a leak. On requesting a quote they were very efficient in getting back to me compared to other plumbers who never returned my call or email enquiry! On the day the plumber arrived on time so there was no waiting around and was wearing appropriate PPE making me feel very comfortable having him in my home. He was friendly, efficient and very professional. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing requirements!

A very professional approach to customer service, Sue took my call to request a call out to my 99 year old Grandmother who's heating had failed, within a couple of hours I had a text to confirm that Roger was en route. Roger was brilliant, on arrival he found my Nan who is unable to walk had become misplaced and she was stuck halfway down her chair and was in distress, Roger instantly telephoned his office, who called me straight away so I could arrange for an emergency carer to attend.
Not only did Roger repair the heating but without Rogers call my poor Nan would have been in pain for several hours. Great service and excellent value for money. A Big Thank you to Sue, Roger and the team at South West Plumbing.

I obtained three quotes for the boiler replacement I required and South West Plumbing won my confidence by their professional, quick response and reasonable competitive price for the job in hand. Bill Yeoman attended to do the survey. He was extremely knowledgeable and most helpful in guiding me to decide what would be my best solution. Later, he initiated a very good and comprehensive quotation for the work necessary, and arranged for it to take place yesterday and the day before. Josh Powel, the installation engineer, worked quickly and efficiently keeping me informed of progress all the time.
He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, a very tidy worker and was appreciative of the regular tea deliveries. He got the job done in good time and left the premises having given me all the instruction and paperwork I required. The office staff also played their important part in providing me with a good welcome every time I contacted them and with all the information I required at the time. I have had 2 recent problems with a boiler which were attended to very quickly by this company. I had not used them before and decided to use them as the reviews were so positive. I certainly have had no cause to complain! The service was excellent and communication with the office and the engineer was first class.

Phoned 10 plumbers over the weekend after a crack developed in my ceramic toilet cistern, only SW Plumbing Services got back to me. After they ascertained that I wasn't in danger of being flooded out and the system was now secure (although I had to use a bucket from the bath tap to flush the loo) he arranged to come round on Thursday to give me a quotation - and they came round the next day to fix it. Excellent service from this company, they reply quickly to emails with any questions i asked and had a competitive quotation. Plumber arrived on time and did a a great job he was really professional. At last we found a plumbing company who have been able to fix a long-standing problem with our bath taps that 3 other plumbers couldn't or wouldn't. Thanks for the prompt, professional and helpful service. Especially to Andre who wasn't fazed by the difficult job. Also liked the text messaging service and the ability to see who the engineer is before they visit which must be a great idea to provide security and peace of mind to vulnerable customers. Thank you.

This was the first time I have used South West Plumbing to service my boiler. The service went well and was done in a very professional manner with a lot electronic tests at the end to see all was well. As for cost it was very competitive and I found the company to be very honest and not out to rip anybody off. I will definitely use them again in the future A1 service from the company and an A1 technician they sent out a very good experience all-round. Many thanks Bernie Saunders.
