Steve (Plumbers Online) and Pete (Sureflame) removed our old bath and toilet replacing them with a new shower and toilet, replaced internal water pipes and fitted a new tap in our kitchen. They were brilliant, always cheerful, friendly, clean and tidy, explained what they were doing to us and referred to us when a decision needed to be made. They worked extremely hard with no long cigarette/coffee breaks to extend their time. If you need a plumbing/heating job done, phone these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Fully deserving his 5 star rating. Very experienced plumber/ heating engineer. All my gas pipes to the boiler had to be relocated along with the position of the boiler. A very neat and professional job was done by Steve and his colleague Pete. Top blokes doing a top job. So reassuring to feel confident and know we were in safe hands. They repaired one shower, fitted another, installed a water softener and THEN installed a new boiler in the mother in laws flat. This turned out to be a major renovation as well as fitting a new combi boiler. Right from the first day Steve and Pete encountered difficult logistic situations and resolved these with their knowledge and professionalism. They explained each part of work that they undertook in a clear and concise way which gave us a lot of confidence whilst retaining their sense of humour, which we appreciated.

The standard of their work can only be described as exceptional and carpets and floorboards that need to be taken were replaced perfectly. Sureflame and Your Plumbers Online came round and replaced our water main. What could have been a very painful experience was handled brilliantly by them both. It was time to get a new boiler. The old one was struggling. Steve and one other came round, removed the old boiler and installed the new one all in one day. As a bonus, they noticed the water pressure (flow rate) was really low. We agreed they would do this as an additional job, and they sorted it out. It was a great pleasure having them working here.
