So, I had a boiler change with them, and to be honest, it was a bit bumpy ride to get a quote and then to get them start, but Paul, the owner of Joy Services reached out to me with the quickest and most professional advice and quote then was.rwad next day. As this is probably one of the most busy periods for such a work, I had to wait for a month since I paid first half of invoice but that was understandable (but I would hope for a little bit more communication regarding dates arrangement).

Since they started, it was the most professional team I have seen here in UK (and Matt was a leader), it took them 2 and a half days to do quite a lot of work, all went smoothly from what I have seen and the pipe work is just outstanding. I would give 4.5 stars if possible but can recommend them anytime!

I had a kitchen tap fitted about a month ago,very nice polite plumber. This week I noticed the tap was slightly loose. I rang them this morning and the plumber was here within the hour. All fixed and he even put everything back under the sink. I would recommend them any time. Thank you

Unfortunately I rate this company a 1* although they don’t really deserve that either. They are disrespectful and customer service skills are shockingly poor.

Had a problem with dropping pressure on my boiler causing an error and shutting down every two weeks. Another well known national company attended 4 times and still couldnt solve the problem. Finally contacted Joy Plumbing, and they identified the issue on the first visit. I booked them to do the work needed and so far so good, a month on, and the pressure has been maintained! Would definitely recommend this company, they took the time to get to the cause of the problem and carried out the work on time and with a great attitude. Thank you.

Dan provided first class advice with regard to the type of boiler that would best suit my family. Scott (the installer) was friendly, professional and completed the install to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Got home from work and my central heating wouldn't turn on so searched for plumbers near by and came across Joy Plumbing and gave them a call on there out of hours number and got through to Dan who was very helpful and polite. Talked me through how to resolve the issue over the phone (it was a problem with the water pressure) and he had it up and working again in a matter and minutes and wouldn't take any money for it. Couldn't fault the service and Dan was brilliant thanks for sorting it for me

I was recently referred to Joy Plumbing through my home emergency breakdown cover. An ongoing boiler issue was causing me many days of agony with no heating/hot water, and a previous plumber had been unable to rectify the problem. Dan was sent to my rescue. He went above and beyond to make sure that i wouldn't have to spend another weekend in the cold for which i am extremely grateful. I can't recommend him highly enough and joy plumbing will definately be my go to should i have any further plumbing issues. Thanks Dan, you're the man!;.

The water pressure in my house was low. I called Joy Plumbing and Dan came out same day and he made a smart and quick diagnosis of the problem and repaired it right away. He was honest and wasn't trying to rip me off. I want to highly recommend this company and I also want to say thank you very much to Dan.
